In the current issue of Internet Retailing, our client The Conran Shop's, Liam Butler, global head of ecommerce and online marketing, talks to Internet Retailing's editor Emma Herod.  In this interview Liam Butler discusses with Internet Retailing how localisation is a key element of international trading.  He goes on to say how vital human input is to the success of their international multi-country presence.  He also outlines the need to test and optimise pages for each market and how by using the right web content management system, enables them to test, measure and optimise web pages in real time.
