eibDIGITAL's site for Ryman is in the top 5 of Econsultancy's new ecommerce usability survey
Econsultancy has just announced the results of its eRetail Benchmark study covering the Christmas shopping season. Looking at a range of areas including delivery and customer service, Ryman ranked no 4 in the Top 20 Etailers, ahead of M&S and Next.
