1. The Briefing
Our process starts with us understanding and feeling your brand, learning about your aims and your people. We work closely with you as a partnership, so that we can each understand the design journey every step of the way. From here we understand your project requirements, your desired functionality and technical needs
2. Competitor Scope
We work in partnership with you to understand your competitors, both online and offline to ensure we can construct a detailed analysis of features, functionality and design to ensure we design your site BETTER. We take a look at your current site and analytics to identify what’s working and where improvements can be made.
3. Getting Creative
We really get stuck in to the design, first comes brainstorming with lots of sharpies, coffee and good old flip charts. We have a room full of creative minds working together to come up with a world of ideas. The best ideas are sketched to create design concepts, packed full of features to increase conversion.
Working with you and our favorite highlighters we work through our concepts and identify what will work best for your brand, what you love and which features we will develop further.
From our annotations we review and refine, developing a set of concepts allowing our team to develop interactive wireframes. Our wireframes are created by our SUPER ecommerce and usability experts who have vast experience and have worked for some of the leading retailers. This is where your site starts to come to life!
