This browser can be personalised to a user's preferences. These settings apply for the default preferences on Mac.
Altering Zoom Magnification
The whole browser window contents can be enlarged or reduced by using the following built-in options to the Mac OS.
- For Mac OS 8 or 9, use the CloseView magnification function.
- Press Ctrl and + to enlarge, or Ctrl and – to reduce (note that the Shift key is not required for either case)
Changing Text Size
The text size can be changed by:-
- Select the View> menu and select Zoom Text Only. Press command> and + to enlarge, or command> and – to reduce
Note that changing the text size may present the page in a different way to how it was perceived to be displayed.
